The EAGLE-200 updates its firmware automatically. When you first plug the EAGLE in, you may notice that it will start updating the firmware. You may see the middle 3 LEDs on the front turn off and then later flash a pattern. This means the unit is updating itself and may not be immediately responsive.
Please leave plugged into power and internet for 24 hours and if it doesn't resolve itself, reach out to our team!
