If the “Enable Security” and "Allow Remote Management" settings are not checked, then your Legacy EAGLE can only communicate through your local network and not through Rainforest Cloud. Rainforest Support will not be able to investigate any issues.
To enable cloud and remote access, please access your eagle locally using the link on the back of the device: http://eagle-XXXXXX.local/
Where XXXXXX is the Cloud ID of your device. Then following the Legacy User Manual instructions on page 37, then enable communication with the cloud.
