We are unable to recover lost Legacy accounts for you. However, you can request a password reset link sent to your email here. Forgot Password?


Please note the password reset email from the Legacy User Portal times out after 20 minutes. Please ensure you click the reset link within the 20 minutes timeout period


If the password reset still fails, you can create a new Legacy User Account using a different email. You can have multiple Rainforest accounts accessing the same Legacy device and information.



There is no way for us to manually reset the password on your old account. We apologize for the inconvenience as Legacy Eagles were discontinued several years ago and the portal is no longer being updated and only maintained.
