Provisioning your meter means that your Utility requires the MAC address and Install code of your device to register it with the meter and get your device connected to the smart meter.  To do so, please contact your Utility with your Utility account number, home address, and MAC and IN ID of your EAGLE-200 which can be found on the bottom of the EAGLE-200.

Note that if you have purchased your device from the BC Hydro or PPL Electric store, your meter has been provisioned automatically when you purchased the device and all you have to do is power up your device.
