Verifying your EAGLE 3 is connected to the meter
To ensure your EAGLE 3 is successfully connected to your utility meter:
- Check the User Portal:
- Your energy data should appear in the portal if the connection is active.
- Check the device LED indicators:
- The red Zigbee LED on your EAGLE 3 should be steady on, indicating a successful connection.
- If the red LED is blinking or the data is not updating, the connection may not be established.
