Verifying your EAGLE 3 is connected to the meter

To ensure your EAGLE 3 is successfully connected to your utility meter:

  1. Check the User Portal:
      • Your energy data should appear in the portal if the connection is active.
  2. Check the device LED indicators:
      • The red Zigbee LED on your EAGLE 3 should be steady on, indicating a successful connection.
      • If the red LED is blinking or the data is not updating, the connection may not be established.
